Las Galletas, is a charming fishing village situated on the Costa del Silencio coast, just a 10 minute drive from Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Despite becoming increasingly popular with visitors over the last few years, the resort still has the feel of a small, traditional village. It has an active water sports scene and is a hotspot for diving with a good choice of dive sites in the immediate area. The resort has a handful of shops, bars and restaurants scattered along the seafront promenade and also inland along its main pedestrian street. There is a good sized beach bordered by a rocky coastline and a popular marina from where submarine diving excursions depart and where the local fishermen sell their daily catch from colourful stalls. At night live entertainment is offered in several bars. This traditional resort offers a small choice of villas in Tenerife. Transfer time 15 minutes.
