LOCATION
Villa Murphy is a generously appointed 5 bedroom villa located in a quiet residencial area on the outskirts of Los Cristianos, just a 15-20 minute walk from the old town centre and beach. There is a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks etc all within a 10 minute walk of the villa and the busy resort of Playa de las Americas can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.

EXTERNAL
Villa Murphy has a superb outdoor living space with a large, private heated swimmimg pool and terraces that have been generously furnished with sun beds, a patio table and chairs. The inviting swimming pool is electrically heated and measures 6.5m x 3.5m. It is fully tiled and boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property during the evening. There is also a large built-in BBQ on a separate terrace so that guests can dine al-fresco. A pergola offers shade from the midday sun and there is also a jogger/fitness machine and road parking.

INTERNAL
Villa Murphy is one of our most sought after villas in Tenerife and has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished throughout. It is also one of very few villas in Tenerife with air-condtioning. The property is built across three levels. On the entrance level the property offers a spacious, comfortably furnished lounge equipped with a 42 inch Plasma Satellite TV (includes BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, CH5), air conditioning and large patio doors that lead out onto a terrace that overlooks the pool area. On this level, there is also a shower room and a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. The kitchen also has a six seater dining table and a door leading out to the outside dining and BBQ area. On the upper level there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with ceiling fans. These two bedrooms share a shower room. There is also a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, air-conditioning and a large balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and has partial sea views. The lower level has been tastefully converted and offers a double bedroom with a ceiling fan and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with air-conditioning, a bathroom, a spacious lounge with leather sofas, a TV, video and ceiling fan and a kitchenette with a fridge, freezer and microwave. This conversion allows Villa Murphy to accommodate up to 10 people and as the lower level is self-sufficient with its own lounge and kitchen area, the villa provides the ideal opportunity for parties of guests who wish to holiday together but still maintain some degree of independence and privacy.
