This magnificent boutique styled villa has just been completely renovated, redesigned and refurnished. The property is located on a small development of just eleven villas, known as Club 1 and is the ideal choice for those seeking high quality accommodation. Club 1 enjoys a superb position next to the cliffs of Los Gigantes affording amazing views of the islands of La Gomera, La Palma & the sheer sea cliff face for which the area is renowned. Despite its peaceful location, the villa allows easy access to the up market resort of Los Gigantes, which has a lovely beach and its own Marina with a select choice of restaurants and gift shops. This can all be reached within a 10 - 15 minute walk. The resort also has a small village square with a beautiful little church at its centre and visitors to the area are able to choose from a wide range of bars and restaurants. In fact, Los Gigantes is the perfect setting for villas in Tenerife.
The villa has its own private swimming pool, sun terraces and decking area that are generously furnished with sun loungers and which offer the perfect place to sunbathe whilst enjoying the breathtaking views. Pool heating is available for a small supplement. For those who enjoy al-fresco dining, the villa provides a BBQ and an eight seater dining table.

Villa Lucilitta boasts 200 m² of living space and has just been completely renovated, redesigned and equipped with new furnishings throughout.
The living area which has pool, cliff and sea views is very spacious and has the benefit of a 52' plasma flat screen TV which receives BBC 1 & 2, ITV 1, channel 4 & 5 plus various sports channels and a Bose sound system fitted with an iPod docking station. The kitchen includes granite work surfaces, a fridge/freezer, an oven and hob, a built in microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is also a dining area with a dining table and chairs for six guests and a utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom has stunning views of the sea, cliffs and pool, a double bed and a 37' flat screen plasma TV whilst the third bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds, a small private patio and pool and cliff views. The second and third bedroom share a large family bathroom. The villa will accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children, with the provision of two fold-away beds. The villa also provides hairdryers, coolers, beach towels, cot and high chair rental and car parking.
Villa Lucilla ranks as one of our most prestigious villas in Tenerife. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Maid service, towels and linen changes are provided weekly and, should they be required, additional cleaning and linen services can be arranged directly with the housekeeper for an extra charge. Guests will be met at the villa on arrival and shown around the property to ensure that they are familiar with all of the equipment and to ensure that their stay is as enjoyable as possible. Villa Lucillita operates a no smoking policy although guests are invited to smoke in the outdoor areas.
