The property is located on a small development of just eleven villas, known as Club 1 and is the ideal choice for those seeking high quality accommodation in the popular resort of Los Gigantes.
The villa benefits from an unsurpassed location adjacent to Los Gigantes' famous cliff face and commands incredible views down over the bay, towards the islands of La Gomera and La Palma. Despite its peaceful location, the villa allows easy access to the up market resort of Los Gigantes, which has a lovely beach and its own Marina with a select choice of restaurants and gift shops. This can all be reached within a 10 - 15 minute walk. The resort also has a small village square with a beautiful little church at its centre and visitors to the area are able to choose from a wide range of bars and restaurants including the 'Rincon de Juan Carlos', which is renowned to be the best gourmet experience in Tenerife. Los Gigantes is the perfect setting for villas in Tenerife.
The villa has its own private swimming pool which is set amidst a garden and terraces. The garden and terraces are generously furnished with sun loungers and offer the perfect place to sunbathe whilst enjoying the breathtaking views. For those who enjoy al-fresco dining, the villa provides a BBQ and an eight seater dining table, which is set beneath a terracota pergola.

Villa Lucilla has undergone a 100,000€ refurbishment and provides an extremely high standard of accommodation with quality furnishings and equipment. This is one of our most prestigious villas in Tenerife.
The villa's spacious, living room is beautifully furnished and includes a Bose sound system with an Ipod docking station, a DVD and a CD player and a wall-mounted 52” flat screen TV with a satellite system which receives BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CHANNEL4, CHANNEL5 and two sports channels. The large, contemporary kitchen boasts state of the art equipment and includes granite work surfaces, a fridge/freezer, an oven and hob, a built in microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is also a dining area with a dining table and chairs for eight guests and a separate utility room with a sink, a fridge for additional water and wine storage, a washing machine and ironing facilities. Each of the villa's four bedrooms have been completely refurnished and include a master bedroom with a double bed, a dressing room, a wall-mounted 42" flat screen TV, sea views and an en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom with a double bed, sea views and an en-suite shower room, a bedroom with twin beds and a sea view and a further twin bedroom with a pool view. The two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Maid service, towels and linen changes are provided weekly. Beach towels are also provided and, should they be required, additional cleaning and linen services can be arranged directly with the housekeeper for an extra charge. On arrival, guests will be shown around the villa by the representative to ensure that they are familiar with all of the equipment and, in turn, ensure that their stay is as enjoyable as possible. The villa also provides hairdryers, cot and high chair rental and car parking. For guests comfort and enjoyment, Villa Lucilla operates a no smoking policy although guests are invited to smoke within the garden and terrace areas.
The villa will accommodate a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children, with the provision of two fold-away beds.
