LOCATION
Villa Condalta is one of our most stunning villas in Tenerife. This new 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is located in the quiet and prestigious residential area of Roque del Conde in the Torviscas Alto area of Playa de las Americas. The property is within a 10 minute walk of two restaurants, a bar and a small supermarket and only a 5 minute drive to the busy Gran Sur shopping complex, which offers a sports complex and health club and a host of bars, restaurants, shops and large supermarkets etc. The Playa de las Americas beaches can be reached in a 10 minute drive as can the popular Aqua Park and Siam Park.

EXTERNAL
Condalta's fabulous exterior boasts a large, inviting swimming pool which is surrounded by a spacious terrace that has been generously furnished with quality patio furniture and sun loungers. The pool which measures 10m x 4m is heated between October and May. It has Roman style steps for easy access and underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. There is also a poolside shower and a typical Canarian garden area. The solarium and other sun terraces around the villa have spectacular sea views and provide the ideal spot for admiring the surrounding area and beautiful sunsets. INTERNAL
This beautiful, detached villa was built in 2010 and provides stunning views of the sea and mountains. Condalta has been furnished to a high standard throughout and will, without doubt, be one of our most sought after villas in Tenerife. The villa is entered via a few steps to the first floor where you will find a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a sandwich maker and a lounge with sofas for 8 guests, a 50" LCD TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Channel 4 & 5 plus many movie, children's and news channels, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi unit and a dining area with seating for 8 guests. Both the lounge and the dining area have patio doors that lead to large terraces that have stunning sea views and sets of quality patio furniture. Also located on this level is a bathroom and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and a safe. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are accessed via a stylish chrome and glass staircase. Each of these bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, a safe and doors that lead out to a sun terrace. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and the other bedroom has twin beds. On the villa's lower floor level there is a large utility area with a washing machine and plenty of storage space.
