LOCATION
These villas in Tenerife are located in one of the best spots on the island, surrounded by beaches and only 15 minutes away from the airport. The immediate area has excellent facilities and the attractive fishing port of Los Cristianos is within a ten minute walk of Parque Santiago 3. This attractive and extremely popular development is situated directly on the sea front, right beside the beach and the pedestrian promenade which is shaded by swaying palm trees. This is definitely an excellent setting for villas in Tenerife.

FACILITIES
Built in true Canarian style, this exceptional complex has traditional white washed properties with pretty balustrade balconies or attractive patios and gardens. The accommodation is gathered around expansive leisure areas with well tended gardens of colourful plants and tropical flowers providing a beautiful setting. The focal points are the impressive swimming pools (one heated) and spacious sun terraces which are served by poolside bars. There is also a large shopping area where guests will find all the services needed to for an unforgettable holiday including a host of restaurants, numerous shops and supermarkets.



ACCOMMODATION
These privately owned villas in Tenerife are built on either two or three levels and are extremely spacious. Whilst they do vary slightly in design and furnishings, they will generally consist of:-
Ground Floor - a garden or patio area furnished with a patio table and chairs, a lounge/dining area with a Satellite plasma screen TV and DVD player, a cloakroom, a fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge, an oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher, plus an open air utility area with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. First Floor - a double bedroom with a balcony looking over either the pool area or the beach, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. Second Floor - a twin bedroom with a shower room and a balcony. The villas also provide a safe for guests use and all bedrooms and lounge/dining areas are fitted with electric ceiling fans. The 4 bedroomed villa is built on 2 levels and has one bedroom and a full bathroom located on the ground floor and three bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room or bathroom on the first floor. Cots, highchairs and stairgates can be provided free of charge if requested at the time of booking.

3 bedroomed villas will accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. In certain instances an 8th guest may be accommodated subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed. 4 bedroomed villas will accommodate a maximum of 9 guests.
