LOCATION
This amazing, detached property is situated in the San Eugenio Alto area of Playa De Las Americas and enjoys stunning views. This is one of very few villas in Tenerife within easy walking distance of Playa de las Americas. The villa is located in a quiet, residential area yet is only a 20 minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars within a 10 minute walk and the centre of Playa de las Americas can be reached within 20 minutes. Playa De Las Americas offers a whole host of entertainment for both young and old and has many attractions including Aqualand and the new Siam Park which are only a 10 minute walk from The Heights.

EXTERNAL
The villa's outdoor living area is superb and provides an inviting, heated swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access. The pool is served by a shower, 10 quality sunbeds and a good sized terrace. There is also a BBQ and an outside dining area with patio furniture and sea views.

INTERNAL
The Heights is one of our privately owned villas in Tenerife and is a large imposing property built across three levels. On the ground floor level the villa provides a dining area and large lounge with a Hi-Fi, a DVD player and a large, widescreen plasma TV with British terrestrial channels. There is also a modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, a dishwasher and everything else you could possibly expect of such a sophisticated property. There is also a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a cloakroom located on this level. An elegant, staircase leads down to the lower floor where guests will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a further lounge. On the top level there are two further double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning (extra charge). This is one of very few villas in Tenerife that has the added benefit of air conditioning. The villa also provides a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe and electric shutters at most windows.
