LOCATION
Villa Breeze is a semi-detatched, five bedroom, five bathroom property with a private pool and air conditioning located in central Playa de las Americas. This is one of our most sought after villas in Tenerife and is situated on the Paraiso Royal complex in the heart of Las Americas only 200m from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is a large number of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. In fact everything that visitors could possibly need is right on the doorstep. During the evening, the many bars, restaurants and nightlife come alive yet despite being so close to the action, the complex is remarkably quiet. Paraiso Royal provides a communal swimming pool that is heated during the winter months and which is served by a pool bar that offers a large selection of cooling drinks and delicious snacks. This is the most centrally located of our villas in Tenerife.

EXTERNAL
Villa Breeze has an outside living area with a private terrace, patio furniture and a BBQ so that guests can enjoy al-fresco dining. There is also a swimming pool, sunloungers and a Jacuzzi for guest's further enjoyment.

INTERNAL
Villa Breeze is one of very few 5 bedroomed villas in Tenerife. This semi-detached property which resembles a traditional townhouse is built across three levels and has air-conditioning in most rooms. On the first level there are three double bedrooms all of which have en-suites. On the ground floor there is a large, fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge, microwave and a four seater dining table and chairs. Also located on this level is another double bedroom, a bathroom, a utility room with washing machine and a large split level lounge/diner with a six seater dining table and chairs and a TV with some English speaking channels. On the lower level is a twin bedroom, a shower room and a games room with a pool table and dart board.
