Villa Monty is a lovely semi-detached villa with a private pool situated in a quiet area of Las Americas, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.
One of our privately owned villas in Tenerife, the property occupies a sought after location within walking distance of the newly built Siam Theme Park and the Aqua park. There are plenty of nearby bars, restuarants, shops and supermarkets and the resort's sandy beach is approximately a 10 to 15 minute walk away. This area is extremely popular with those looking for villas in Tenerife with a private pool, close to all of the resort's amenities.
Villa Monty's private pool is served by a sunbathing terrace that has been furnished with four sunbeds with mattresses and a table and chairs. There is also a poolside shower and a BBQ so that guests can dine al-fresco and make the most of the warm, balmy evenings. There are splendid views of both the mountains and the sea from the terrace.

This property is one of very few 2 bedroomed villas in Tenerife. Villa Monty is a semi-detached property that has been built across two floors to maximise living space. It has been fully refurbished throughout to a high standard. On the ground floor guests will find a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and ironing facilities, a cloakroom and a comfortable lounge/diner with two sofas and a lovely dining table and chairs which seats four guests. This room also provides a Satellite TV which includes some Sky channels, a DVD player, a ceiling fan and patio doors that open out onto the terrace area. Both bedrooms are located on the upper level and have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a small balcony with stunning sea views. Also situated on the upper level is a bathroom. This villa also has private parking.
