LOCATION
Villa Siam is a fabulous, refurbished 4 bedroom villa with a private heated swimming pool in Playa de las Americas. It is one of very few villas in Tenerife that has the added benefit of air conditioning.

EXTERNAL
This beautiful, detached villa is accessed via black, wrought iron gates and is situated in a quiet area of Playa de las Americas. Despite it's tranquil location, the villa is just a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and both the newly built Siam park and the Aqua park are within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets and the sandy beaches of Pueblo Canarias and Puerto Colon are only a 15 minute walk away. This is one of very few villas in Tenerife within easy walking distance of Playa de las Americas.
Villa Siam boasts a lovely outdoor area which incorportates a stylish, modern 5m x 5m private heated swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The pool has Roman style steps for easy access and is tiled with attractive, multi-coloured mosaics. It is surrounded by a terrace that has been generously furnished with sunbeds and an outdoor dining table and chairs for eight guests. There is also a BBQ so that guests can make the most of warm evenings by dining al-fresco. The terrace is totally private and offers splendid views of the mountains.

INTERNAL
Villa Siam is one of our privately owned villas in Tenerife and has recently been fully refurbished throughout. The owners have included very stylish and upmarket furniture. Villa Siam is situated all on one level and includes a kitchen with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and a sandwich maker. The kitchen also has doors leading out to an outdoor kitchen area where the BBQ is located. The comfortable lounge/diner has air-conditioning, 2 three seater leather sofas and a beautiful dining table and chairs that seats six. This room also provides a 50 inch LCD Satellite TV, a Hi-Fi, DVD and video player. There is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning, a further double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with a double sofa bed. The master bedroom is accessed via the bedroom with the sofa bed which, if not in use, can be utilised as a dressing room or relaxation room. All bedrooms have fans and fitted wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom with a corner bath suite and overhead shower. The villa also provides a safe, ironing facilities and Internet access via a wireless router.
