LOCATION
This lovely, detatched 3 bedroomed villa is located in the peaceful resort of Playa de la Arena, which boasts one of the finest sand beaches in the region as well as a stunning beachfront promenade with a great selection of restaurants and bars. Playa de la Arena is set against the dramatic backdrop of the cliffs of Los Gigantes, and neighbours the nearby resort of Puerto de Santiago. The villa is within easily walking distance of all of the resorts facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beach. The resort of Los Gigantes is just four kilometres away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars clustered around a small harbour from where visitors can join various dolphin and whale-spotting boat trips. Playa de la Arena offers the perfect location for villas in Tenerife with a peaceful setting but easy access to the busier resorts.

EXTERNAL
Villa Arena has a lovely, large swimming pool measuring 8m x 4m, which is surrounded by a terrace that is furnished with a patio table, chairs and sunloungers. For guests additional comfort, the swimming pool is accessed via Roman steps and is heated during the winter months. The villa also provides a pool shower and there is a covered terrace with a dining table and chairs and a BBQ for al-fresco dining. Guests are able to enjoy wonderful sea views from the villas terrace and pool area. This is a popular choice from our selection of villas in Tenerife.

INTERNAL
Villa Arena is one of our privately owned villas in Tenerife and is a detached property. Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout, the villa provides a spacious lounge equipped with a Satellite TV, DVD player, a CD player and a portable air conditioning unit. The lounge also has a dining area and patio doors that open onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a breakfast bar and patio doors that lead out to the pool area. There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all of which are en-suite, a cloakroom and a utility area with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
For larger parties the villa also provides a self-contained 1 bedroomed apartment, which consists of a very spacious open plan lounge, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and a large bedroom with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment is very spacious and bright and has patio doors that lead out to a small gardened area and the villa's lower patio. The apartment is accessed via an external flight of stairs from the pool area. Please note that the apartment is not rented independently from the villa.
