Finca Daniella is a beautifully restored, cottage style property located in the tranquil village of El Roque in between Valley San Lorenzo and San Miguel in the south of Tenerife. The nearby beaches of El Medano and Los Cristianos can be reached in a 15-20 minute drive as can a selection of golf courses. San Miguel and Valley San Lorenzo are only a five minute drive away and both villages have a selection of wonderful shops, restaurants and Tapas bars. This is the perfect location for those looking for villas in Tenerife away from the bustle of a busy resort.
This pretty, detached cottage is one of our most attractive villas in Tenerife and has wonderful views of the sea and of the mountains and is surrounded by a variety of fruit trees. Finca Daniella has a private gated entrance and a lovely enclosed courtyard where the swimming pool is situated. The private, heated swimming pool, pretty courtyard and gardens provide the perfect location for sunbathing, swimming and relaxation. The outdoor living area is generously equipped with garden chairs and sunloungers for sun worshippers and there is also a covered terrace for those who want to escape the midday sun. A built-in barbeque and an outdoor dining table are also provided so that guests can dine al-fresco and make the most of the balmy Tenerife evenings.

Finca Daniella is one of our privately owned villas in Tenerife and is a spacious 3 bedroomed property. Patio doors lead from the villa's courtyard into a kitchen diner which has a delightful blend of quarry floor tiles. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and offers an oven, hob, grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, a dishwasher and a dining area with seating for six people. The living room has a lovely wooden floor and beamed ceiling and provides comfortable seating, Sky TV and a video player, a DVD player and a radio. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors that open out onto the courtyard. The en-suite is very spacious with traditional features and fittings, a large corner shower and a heated towel rail. There is also a further double bedroom with patio doors opening out onto a terrace, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, high apex ceilings and traditional features.
Finca Daniella also provides a safe, wireless broadband and a utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. A welcome pack is provided on arrival and beach/pool towels are also provided.
Because of the steps up to the courtyard entrance the finca is not suitable for the infirm.
Please note that guests are requested not to smoke inside the property, although smoking is permitted in the courtyard area.
Finca Daniella sleeps up to 7 people.

Car hire is essential at this property.
