The Palm Beach is part of the Seaside group of hotels and as the first Design Hotel in Gran Canaria, it provides fabulous contemporary accommodation with modern furnishings designed in a 70's retro style. The hotel offers an elegant and unique atmosphere set in a beautiful 1000 year old palm grove which nestles perfectly on the edge of the magnificent duned landscape of Maspalomas. Within the exotic gardens, guests will find both salt and fresh water pools and a large sun terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels.
The hotel has a wonderful selection of excellent sports and leisure facilities which include a tennis court, giant garden chess, boules, darts, archery, shooting and volleyball. For golf lovers, discounts can be arranged on green fees for all 7 golf courses on the island and for the more adventurous guests, mountain biking or quad bike safaris can be booked at reception.

Location
The Palm Beach Hotel is located at the southern tip of Gran Canaria, next to the famous sand dunes and only 50m from the beautiful Maspalomas beach which stretches for over 7km. The hotel is just 5km from Playa del Ingles and 38km from the airport.

Guest Rooms
The hotel Palm Beach offers 328 rooms comprising of double rooms, deluxe rooms, corner deluxe rooms, single rooms, junior suites and suites (some suites are suitable for disabled guests). The hotel is fully accessible for wheelchairs which may be hired locally.
Double Rooms - all beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and fully equipped with a balcony, air-conditioning, mini-bar, direct-dial telephone, radio, internet connection, Satellite TV, safe and a bathroom with a bath or shower and hairdryer. There are a number of double rooms available with garden and pool or sea views. Max. 3 adults.
Deluxe Rooms - located on higher floors with excellent views of the sea or gardens and pool, upgraded furnishings, bathrobe, slippers, luxury toileties and free daily newspaper. Max. 3 adults.
Deluxe Corner Rooms – beautifully furnished and nicely located with excellent views to the garden and pool. Additional telephone and a larger bathroom and separate toilet. Max. 3 adults.
Junior Suites – particularly spacious and very well decorated and furnished. Large balcony with sea or garden and pool views. Max. 3 adults.
Suites – excellent accommodation with a bedroom, living area and a large balcony with sea or garden and pool views. Max. 3 adults. Internet Access is free of charge in the rooms.

Dining – Bed & Breakfast, Half Board or Full Board (October to April only)
In the summer Half Board consists of breakfast and dinner whilst during the winter season guests can choose between lunch or dinner. Main Restaurant - continental breakfast or a superb and varied breakfast buffet on the terrace, buffet lunch (winter only) & a la carte lunches (summer) and wonderful 4 course dinners. Barbeque dinners are served 3 times a week on the terrace and there is a gala dinner every fortnight from October to April (jacket and tie required). La Trattoria – an alternative to the main restaurant during the winter offering an a la carte menu (small supplement per person), Orangerie – a gourmet a la carte restaurant open October to April, Bar Africano - tropical drinks and refreshments served around the swimming pool, Bar Salon - live bands and dancing six nights a week.

Health, Beauty & Fitness
If you really want to relax and pamper yourself, the Seaside Med Spa and Wellness centre is a must. The spa contains 11 treatment rooms in a Japanese Garden offering aromatherapy, beauty treatments, Rasul and Cleopatra treatments, post-op treatments (cosmetic), oriental baths, physiotherapy, mud wraps, dry and steam sauna, Thalasso swimming pool and brine bath. There is also a host of fitness programmes available including yoga, muscle building, Tai Chi, personal training plus a relaxation area in the garden. Spa and treatment charges are payable locally.
