These are served by an attractive terrace/beach bar which is perched on wooden decking, within one of the pools, overlooking the waters edge. In order to maintain the high quality of facilities available to guests, the hotel has recently undergone extensive refurbishment of the pool area, living areas and Spa to create an atmosphere of warmth, comfort and opulence.

This modern, hotel is ideally situated on the sea front next to the exclusive Puerto Calero Marina, close to Puerto del Carmen. Set in quiet, natural surroundings next to a private beach and surrounded by the mountains of the Eastern Coast, it provides the ideal location from where guests can really experience the island of Lanzarote. The hotel offers guests a range of superb accommodation including 274 standard rooms, 44 suites and 15 family rooms. The hotel offers non-smoking rooms and rooms suitable for disabled guests.
Double Rooms - all rooms are comfortably furnished and have their own private terrace with either garden, mountain or sea views and a bathroom with bath/shower, hairdryer and bathrobe. Each room also provides a satellite TV, radio, piped music, direct dial telephone & modem connection, mini bar and safety deposit box. All rooms are fully air conditioned. Max. Occupancy 3 adults.
Family Double Rooms – two adjoining double rooms some with a connecting door. Max. Occupancy 2 adults & 2 children, or 4 adults.
Suites – more spacious with upgraded furnishings and decor, a large connecting living room and a lovely bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Max. Occupancy 3 adults.
Dining – Bed & Breakfast or Half Board
The hotel has 3 restaurants and a pool bar serving a range of delicious and freshly prepared meals to suit all tastes. La Caleta – The chef at La Caleta is a great connoisseur of local food and drink. His restaurant offers fine cuisine designed with a Mediterranean, Spanish touch. La Botavara – live cooking and buffet cuisine. El Risco - Italian cuisine. Pool Bar - an informal lunch with fresh salads, pasta, sandwiches and a wide range of deserts and ice-creams. Please note that during the winter season, the restaurants La Caleta and El Risco are not available every day.
Health, Beauty & Fitness
The modern and well equipped Spa and Wellness Centre offers guests a host of treatments and facilities to help them relax and enjoy their holiday, including – a Jacuzzi, sauna, massages, facials and a range of body treatments. For those feeling a little more energetic the hotel has some superb fitness and sports facilities such as a gym, tennis, squash courts and paddle court. There is a charge for entrance into the spa, however use of the gym is free. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the spa. Spa and treatment charges are payable locally.
