Location
This is one of the best positioned hotels in Tenerife and boasts a very desirable position next to the Playa del Camison beach. There is a host of quality restaurants and superb shops offering exquisite gifts and designer labels within easy walking distance and the centres of both Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos can be reached via the attractive seafront promenade directly in front of the hotel.

Families
This is one of the most popular choices of hotels in Tenerife with families. Cots are provided free of charge for infants under 2yrs of age. Special rates for children from 2-12yrs of age. Babysitting service. Mini-Club which organises activities for children between the ages of 6mths - 12yrs, Children’s pool, indoor and outdoor play areas. Activities are also arranged for older children up to the age of 18yrs. Please note that the children's facilities are located at the Mediterranean Palace Hotel.

The Cleopatra Palace Hotel offers various room types, all of which are spacious, delightfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Many rooms have spectacular views over the Roman pool, the Atlantic ocean and promenade or the gardens. Some rooms and suites are inter-connected which is ideal for families and a 24 hour room service is also available.
Standard Rooms - have a terrace, mini bar, Satellite TV, air-conditioning, marble bathroom with hairdryer and bathrobes, piped music, safe (small charge) and a telephone with answer machine. Max. 3 adults.
Deluxe Rooms with pool - with a private splash pool on the terrace. Max. 3 adults.

The Cleopatra Palace Hotel provides great dining opportunities and guests may choose to enjoy their breakfast and dinner at either the Italian Buffet Restaurant or the Mediterranean Palace Buffet Restaurant. Lunch is also served at the Mediterranean Palace buffet Restaurant. There is a host of other restaurants and bars throughout the hotel that guests can take full advantage of, including a Steak House, Asian restaurant, Spanish Tapas bar, piano bars and pool side snack bars.

Health, Beauty & Fitness The Cleopatra Palace Spa is the biggest and most prestigious Centre of Thalassotherapy in Spain and offers an extensive range of health and beauty treatments provided by a fully trained and qualified team of consultants and therapists. Facilities include a thermal swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and a steam bath and there is also a selection of specialised treatment packages available which cover weight loss, anti-stress, well being, anti-tobacco & pregnancy. Other than a full range of facial treatments, massages and body care options, programmes can also be individually tailored to guests needs. Spa and treatment charges are payable locally. Please note that the Thermal Circuit is currently closed for refurbishment.
