LOCATION
Villa Celia is set in the popular Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are only a 15 minute walk away and the old harbour, with its excellent selection of tapas bars and fish restaurants is only a 15-20 minute walk from the villa as is the departure point for many boat excursions around the island. The new shopping centre, Biosfera, is approximately 15-20 minutes by foot as is the nearest beach, Playa Chica. The villa is ideally located for exploring the rest of Lanzarote, including the volcanic National Park of Timanfya and the wine growing region of La Geria. The exclusive marina of Puerto Calero is only a five minute drive from Los Mojones and this is the location of many excellent restaurants and the starting point for many popular excursions such as catamaran sailing and deep sea fishing. For guests seeking a peaceful, more traditional Canarian experience, the pretty fishing village of Playa Quemada is only ten minutes by car.

EXTERNAL
Villa Celia is a new property, stylishly furnished to a high standard and well equipped throughout. Open and covered terraces surround the pool which measures 6.5m x 4.5m. The pool is electrically heated. There is also a covered dining area with a fridge and a BBQ and comfortable patio furniture is provided for sunbathing and al-fresco eating.

INTERNAL
The villa is built on two levels and offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with terrace doors leading to the pool area, comfortable leather upholstered sofas, a Satellite TV (restricted channels) and music centre, a separate modern kitchen with a dining table and chairs, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a toaster and a utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Also located on this level is a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. A marble staircase leads down to the lower level where guests will find a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a double bedroom.
