Villa Alto is one of our most delightful villas in Tenerife and enjoys superb sea views. It is a superb, three bedroomed town house with a private swimming pool and garden. Situated in the Torviscus Alto area this lovely property boasts fantastic, panaramic views of the southern coastline and Fanabe. Despite its superb location and views, the local bars and restaurants can be reached within a 10 to 15 minute walk and the main beach is approximately a 25 minute walk away. Torviscus Alto is the perfect location for villas in Tenerife if you are looking for a peaceful setting, great views and easy access to good facilities and excellent beaches.
Villa Alto boasts a large swimming pool that measures 10m x 8m and a pretty garden area with an arbour which provides the perfect place to relax during the daytime or to watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. There is also a large patio with a dining area and a BBQ, which is ideal for guests to enjoy outdoor living and an attractive raised area with further seating so that the villas views can be fully appreciated.

One of our privately owned villas in Tenerife, Villa Alto is built on two levels. The first floor provides a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher, a laundry room, a cloakroom and a large open plan lounge/dining room with comfortable leather settees, a Satellite TV (BBC, ITV channels) and French doors that lead out to a BBQ area. Upstairs guests will find a master bedroom with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a TV with a DVD and video player, an en-suite bathroom and a private, sunny balcony with views down to the coast. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and a TV whilst the third bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a TV. There is also a separate family bathroom on this level. This is one of our most popular villas in Tenerife and early booking is advised.
