Costa Teguise is a very popular resort for clients seeking villas in Lanzarote due to its lovely beach and excellent facilities.

EXTERNAL
Villa Pathiel has a kidney shaped, solar heated, plunge pool that measures 7m x 2.5m with a depth of 1.5m. The pool area is completely private with access from either the garden or the main bedroom. There are open and covered terraces surrounded by mature gardens and a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining. Villa Pathiel is a very popular choice from our portfolio of villas in Lanzarote due to its excellent location, good facilities and excellent value for money.

INTERNAL
This well furnished property will accommodation up to 7 guests and offers a double bedroom with a ceiling fan and French doors that open onto the pool area, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge/dining room with a Satellite TV (client to provide own card), a DVD player and a ceiling fan and a fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a fridge and microwave. The villa also provides ironing facilities and maid service is provided twice weekly.
