Villa Shefali is a superb villa located within the boundaries of the Championship Golf Course. The golf course is the ideal location for villas in Fuerteventura due to its pretty setting, close to beautiful beaches. It is a 5-10 minute drive from the charming resort of Calete De Fuste with it's beautiful child-friendly sandy beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Also just few minutes away is the newly built Atlantico commercial centre which comprises of shops, restaurants, bars, multi-screen cinema and ten pin bowling alley.
Villa Shefali is one of our privately owned villas in Fuerteventura. The property has its own private swimming pool (extra charge for heating) measuring 8.5m x 4m with Roman steps surrounded by a sunbathing terrace which is furnished with sun-loungers, BBQ, table + chairs, and a parasol. A stairway at the side of the villa leads to the roof-top sun terrace, ideal for sunbathing, and with views overlooking the golf course and the sea.

This is one of very few developments offering four bedroomed villas in Fuerteventura. The villa is well furnished throughout, complete with ceiling fans in all rooms. It has all the necessary modern appliances and conveniences to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The open-plan lounge/dining room is both bright and spacious, and includes comfortable settees as well as a dining table with six chairs. Entertainment is provided with a Satellite Television (limited english channels), VHS Video, DVD player, and a Hi-Fi. From the lounge/dining room, there are two sets of patio doors leading on to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar and stools, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other kitchen essentials. There is a en-suite bathroom from the Master bedroom and the other bedrooms share a full family bathroom. Maid service is weekly.
