A must for the holiday sight-seer, there is a cable car to take you to the top – from where on a clear day you can see as far as Africa.

Loro Parque – Located in Puerto de la Cruz in the North of Tenerife. It combines a zoo, aquarium, botanical gardens, a new Planet Penguin exhibit and not forgetting the largest parrot collection in the world. A truly unforgettable holiday experience for the whole family. A new Loro Parque is due to open in the south of Tenerife near Playa de las Americas very soon.

Aqua Park – A fantastic water park providing fun for the whole family is located in Playa de las Americas in the south of Tenerife.

Golf Courses – The south of Tenerife is a fantastic destination for Golf lovers, with at least 4 courses within easy reach of the major resorts.

Tenerife Zoo – Close to Los Cristianos this zoo has lots of animals to see here but their speciality is the Monkey Park. There's also an adjacent camel park where you can have a ride too.

Parque Las Aguilas - There is a huge arena to watch the eagles perform, but the park is also an impressive zoo - jaguars, siberian tigers, monkeys, penguins. There are other attractions too, including an obstacle course for the kids, toboggan slide and more.

Icod de los Vinos and the famous Dragon Tree - Icod de los Vinos is built in the traditional Canary Island style, blending squares and gardens and is a respected wine growing area. Many people want to see the famous dragon tree, which stands on the western edge of the town and is thought to be over 500 years old.

Day Trip to La Gomera – Take the fast ferry from Los Cristianos to the more peaceful island of La Gomera, famous for its tropical vegetation, and the locals who developed a language of whistling to communicate from valley to valley.
